Due to circumstances beyond our control, it may be necessary to change or cancel your booking. Where the change is considered major, as decided by us, you will be offered the option to accept the change or receive a full refund of any monies paid against the booking. Tollard Park Equestrian is not responsible for any other costs, expenses or damages incurred by the client as a result of the change.
Hirers must stick to their allocated time slot so they do not interfere with other bookings. Any bookings missed without prior cancellation or reasonable explanation will result in the loss of full hire fees.
Use of the arena is at the hirer’s risk. All hirers are advised to check the arena before entering to ensure it has been left in a safe, good and clean condition by the previous occupant, and are required to leave it the same way.
The hirer is responsible for any damage caused to the premises or equipment and must pay the total amount required to cover the damage.
For self-set-up of jumping equipment, please ensure the equipment is left how you found it or tidied away neatly.
All clients are required to adhere to commonly accepted standards of decency and good behaviour. You may be asked to leave if you break this rule. No smoking or drinking alcohol in the arena.
Please ensure all droppings are picked up after use in the indoor school and car park areas, otherwise you may incur further charges. Litter is to be taken home with you.
Children under 16 must be supervised at all times. Dogs must be kept on leads.
It is mandatory for all riders to wear a riding hat with the EN1384 or PAS015 kite marks at all times. Body protectors and suitable footwear are advisable.
