Tollard Park Equestrian Terms and Conditions for hire of the indoor arena and competitions
- Due to circumstances beyond our control, it may be necessary to change or cancel your booking. Where the change is considered major as decided by us, you will be offered the option to accept the change, or to receive a full refund of any monies paid against the booking. Tollard Park Equestrian is not responsible for any other costs, expenses or damages which may have been incurred by the client as a result of the change.
- Hirers must stick to their allocated time slot, so they do not interfere with any other bookings.
- Any bookings without prior cancellation or reasonable explanation will result in the loss of full hire fees.
- Use of the arena is at the hirer's risk. All hirers are advised to check arena before entering to ensure that it has been left in a safe and good clean condition by the previous occupant, and are required to leave it in a safe and good clean condition.
- The hirer is responsible for any damaged caused to the premises or equipment and must pay the total amount required to cover the damage.
- For self-set up of jumping equipment, please ensure the equipment is left how you found it or tided away neatly.
- All clients are required to adhere to commonly accepted standards of decency and good behaviour. You may be asked to leave if you break this rule.
- No smoking or drinking alcohol in arena.
- Please ensure that all droppings have been picked up after use in the indoor school and car park areas otherwise you could incur further charges.
- Litter is to be taken home with you.
- Children under 16 are to be supervised at all times.
- Dogs must be kept on leads.
- It is mandatory for all riders to wear a riding hat with the standards EN1384 or PAS015 kite marks at all times.
- Body protectors and suitable footwear is advisable.
