Cancellation Policy

At least 24 hours notice should be provided to change or cancel an appointment with Equi+Poise. If less notice is provided, we reserve the right to:

• 1st time cancelling – No charge
• 2nd time cancelling – Charge half the amount of the originally booked work
• 3rd time cancelling – Charge the full amount of the originally booked work

*A cancellation fee will not be issued as a result of extreme circumstances.
